Job summary

Belmont Village Senior Living is seeking a Porter to help keep our community clean and welcoming. You will maintain interior and exterior common areas, manage entry and safety procedures, and support guests and residents with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

The ideal candidate is reliable, empathetic, and able to work in a fast-paced, physically active setting. Previous experience as a porter/housekeeper/janitor is a plus, with availability for early mornings, nights, weekends, and

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work independently and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of community common areas to Belmont Village cleanliness standards.
• Ensure restrooms and laundry areas are stocked with supplies.
• Empty exterior trash and maintain exterior cleanliness.
• Communicate respectfully with residents and guests; respond to after-hours visitors.
• Conduct hourly rounds to ensure doors and entry points are secure.
• Report unusual occurrences per community protocol.
• Prioritize hospitality and resident satisfaction in every interaction.
