Qualifications

• Experience leading facilities or plant operations, including supervising maintenance teams and managing outside vendors and contractors.
• Strong technical knowledge of building systems and trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, life safety).
• Budgeting, capital planning, and disciplined cost control.
• Resident-focused approach and responsiveness.

• Own operating and capital budgets, annual planning, forecasting, cost control, and monthly reviews.
