Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a patient-centered Physical Therapist to join our on-site campus. You will deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across a full continuum of care—ranging from inpatient to outpatient and home health—within one vibrant setting.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time and PRN shifts, with opportunities for ongoing clinical growth and strong documentation support to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to document services accurately and on time
• Therapeutic experience in older adults preferred
• New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsabilités

• Deliver evaluations and personalized treatment across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings on a single on-site campus
• Focus on 1:1 direct patient care
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and rehab colleagues to maintain mobility and quality of life for residents
