Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• 2–3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current Physical Therapist state license; CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal & written communication, active listening, and social perceptiveness.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, organizes, and administers rehabilitative programs.
• Restores residents’ function and alleviates pain through prescribed physical therapy.
• Develops a Plan of Treatment with goals and collaboration with staff and residents.
• Implements and adjusts treatment plans based on progress.
• Communicates progress to residents, caregivers and staff.
• Collaborates with team to support a respectful, inclusive workplace.
