Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have a degree in the field and current PT license in state of practice or ability to obtain before start.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills are required.
- Basic computer proficiency is required for documentation and communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitative services to residents per medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
- Plan initial and follow-up treatment programs based on clinical findings.
- Participate in clinical conferences to coordinate care for patients.
- Treat residents one-on-one to provide individualized sessions.
- Adapt treatment to individual patient needs and document progress.
