You will perform initial assessments, design personalized programs, and document progress, while collaborating with an in-house care team to support residents’ independence and recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• At least 2 years' experience as a physical therapist.
• Current Physical Therapist state license.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document an initial exam to identify problems and plan reevaluation.
• Design and implement individualized physical therapy programs to improve function and relieve pain.
• Record prognosis, treatment, and progress in patient charts or system.
