Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Hingham, MA is hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist to join our campus-based care team. You will implement residents’ personal care plans, support their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

This on-site role offers physicians on site, medical centers for staff, a strong benefits package, a 401k, CEU assistance, and student loan refinancing partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current state Physical Therapy license. Degree and training must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.
• The ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents per care plans on campus.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
• Document care and meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements.
