Job summary

The Christian Village at Mason in Mason, OH is actively seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. You will screen, evaluate, and discharge plans under physician supervision, contributing to personalized patient care in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required and licensure per state/national boards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and supervise screenings, evaluations, and plan revisions.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients and develop discharge plans under physician supervision.
• Re-evaluate and revise plans of care as needed.
• Maintain documentation and communication with the care team.
