Job summary

The Christian Village at Mason in Mason, OH is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our therapy team as a full-time clinician. In this role you will screen, evaluate, adjust plans of care under physician supervision and contribute to resident wellbeing; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to direct applicants.

Candidates should hold an entry-level to doctoral degree in physical therapy and an active state license; prior supervision of assistants is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
