This full-time position runs Monday through Friday 7am to 3pm, offering competitive hourly pay and employee benefits. You will collaborate with the facilities team to keep the community welcoming and safe for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in a residential setting.
• Working knowledge of commercial and residential painting and wall coverings.
• Ability to use power tools and painting equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under turnover deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential painting and wall covering as scheduled.
• Maintain esthetics of high-traffic common areas.
• Restore painted areas in vacated apartments to like-new condition.
• Perform custom painting/wall covering as contracted by residents.
• Patch and sand drywall repairs as needed.
• Prepare written communications for materials requests and work orders.
• Assist the department with light maintenance tasks as needed.
• Identify and repair scuffs, dents, or damage in hallways and spaces.
• Handle finish carpentry including baseboards, trim, cabinetry, and doors.
• Support broader facilities team with general maintenance and emergencies.
