Job summary

Liveatlauralparke in Phoenix is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our in-house team serving Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care residents. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and a consistent 5-day work week, with a pay rate of $40–$50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• CPR certification required.
• Licensed by the State in the designated therapy field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure accuracy of patient care records for all patients on own caseload.
• Report billing information for Occupational Therapy for patients on own caseload.
• Provide direct patient care as prescribed, including evaluation and treatment planning.
• Report and interpret treatment results.
• Participate in development and delivery of in-services for the facility.
• Supervise support personnel in immediate work areas as appropriate.
• Perform screens, evaluations, development of treatment plans, and delivery of treatment in accordance with policies.
• Participate in meetings regarding patient care as appropriate.
• Assist with community education and public relations activities.
• Maintain a high standard of resident care.
• Respond to crises and calls for assistance.
• Engage in ongoing in-services and staff meetings.
