Job summary
Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. invites qualified Occupational Therapy Assistants to join our on-site rehabilitation team.
You will provide individualized therapy under medical orders as part of a collaborative care plan, while developing clinical expertise and embracing innovative therapeutic approaches. The position emphasizes a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements, competitive hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits portfolio including insurance, PTO, and licensure
Qualifications
- Associates of applied science degree in area of discipline.
- Current occupational therapy assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain before starting.
- Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.
- Computer proficiency required.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site rehabilitative care as part of a coordinated team.
- Deliver one-on-one therapy services with a patient-centered approach.
- Mentorship and hands-on experience with innovative therapies.
- Contribute to resident progress and care plans.
