Job summary

Legacy Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our on-site rehabilitation team in a not-for-profit senior living setting.

You will deliver patient-centered therapy under medical orders, collaborating with a coordinated care team to improve residents' quality of life. Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license in state of practice, or ability to obtain one prior to starting.
Associates of Applied Science degree in OTA or related discipline.
Excellent interpersonal, fiscal, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with rehabilitative services for residents under medical orders as part of a coordinated team.
Provide one-on-one therapy services with a holistic, patient-centered approach.
Mentor and utilize innovative technologies and therapeutic treatments.
Support career advancement and clinical interest development.
