Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking an Assistant Division Vice President to lead a health campus division in the Midwest. This senior role provides strategic leadership, sets divisional goals, and ensures efficient operations aligned with the company’s mission and values.

You will oversee campus leadership teams, drive engagement and QAPI, manage financial performance, and implement policies while fostering growth and accountability across the division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 5-8 years of experience in a related leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing assigned Health Campus operations per Division Vice President.
• Lead Health Campus management teams and ensure policy compliance with company procedures.
• Nurture company culture, drive retention and engagement, and monitor quality measures and revenue targets.
• Oversee Area Executive Directors and Health Campus leadership to meet financial expectations.
• Conduct rounds to ensure policy adherence and strong first impressions.
• Support the Administrator In Training (AIT) program and budget stewardship.
• Align work and resources with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
