The role emphasizes problem-solving, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes within a senior living environment. A related bachelor's degree and strong organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in technology, particularly Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Reliable transportation to travel between communities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations, suggestions, and innovative ideas to improve operational processes across the organization.
• Provide support to specific community locations as needed.
• Assist the Director of Operations with developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
• Employee CNA renewal tracking and support.
• Software and systems support.
• Medicaid claims assistance.
• Care plan oversight support.
• Expense report analysis.
• Rent certificate creation.
• Other duties as assigned.
