Job summary

Responsibilities include promoting resident satisfaction, supporting recruitment and staff development, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Meets all education requirements established by state assisted living regulations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Assisted Living Executive Director certification within required timelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional demeanor with a passion for serving seniors.

Responsibilities

• Promote a warm, resident-centered environment and build positive relationships with residents, families and partners.
• Coach and mentor team members; support recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention.
• Assist the Executive Director with daily operations and strategic goals; ensure staffing aligns with resident needs.
• Ensure compliance with Resident Rights, HIPAA, and applicable assisted living regulations; support survey readiness and safety initiatives.
