Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults in a clinical setting preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid state Occupational Therapy license.

• Implement residents' personal care plans, focusing on preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to meet resident needs throughout care.
