Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living invites an Occupational Therapist to deliver personalized care for residents on campus, supporting daily living activities and advancing their continuum of care.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement individual care plans that honor each resident's preferences, while promoting comfort, belonging, and overall well-being in a vibrant continuing care community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in working with the older adult population related to the therapies is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
