Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is hiring an Occupational Therapist to provide personalized care for residents living on campus. You will support daily living activities and ensure each resident's needs are met across the continuum of care, delivering a holistic approach within a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes individualized care plans, interactions with an interdisciplinary team, and adherence to state licensing requirements.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adult population preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a holistic approach, supporting residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences and routines with comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.
