Benchmark Senior Living in Quincy, MA is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to deliver nursing care in a warm, home-like setting. You will join a team that values support and long-lasting relationships with residents and associates.

Responsibilities include assessing residents, coordinating care, mentoring assistants, and responding to emergencies. Requires active state LPN license and CPR certification; night and weekend shifts offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in the state.
• CPR certification is required.
• Prior experience with elderly residents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and communicate residents’ status accurately.
• Report health changes to director and physicians per regulations.
• Supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
• Coordinate care with community providers via case management.
• Balance service demands with residents’ independence.
• Recognize and report elder abuse or exploitation per state rules.
• Respond to emergencies and escalation protocols as needed.
