Curana Health in the United States seeks a compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team serving seniors in assisted and independent living communities. You will deliver direct patient care, focus on wellness, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate care with other providers across multiple facilities.

You will contribute to a data-driven, high-quality care model with strong clinical and administrative support, and travel between facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in state of practice.
• Master's degree in nursing or PA studies.
• Current board certification in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and manage treatment plans for residents.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor residents and adjust care as needed.
• Collaborate with facility staff, families, and other providers to coordinate care.
• Educate residents and families on disease prevention and wellness.
