Oakmont Management Group seeks a Senior Living Medication Technician in Santa Rosa, CA for a full-time position. Pay range is $19.50–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

The role supervises and assists with medication administration, coordinates with pharmacies and physicians, maintains accurate records, and supports residents' daily care and activities in a collaborative team

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience assisting with medication at a RCFE.
• State-required training/certification may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS diploma or equivalent; LVN preferred.
• Able to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and communicate effectively.
• Must pass background check and health screening tests including TB.
• Vaccination may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track all medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential medication records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff.
