Job summary

Oakmont Management Group seeks a Medication Technician to supervise and assist in administering resident medications, and provide personal care. You will collaborate with housekeepers and maintenance to support resident well-being and safety.

The role emphasizes accurate record-keeping, coordination with pharmacies and physicians, and promoting a compassionate environment aligned with our values.

Qualifications

• One year of experience assisting with medication in RCFE preferred.
• Completion of state-required training/certification may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN a plus.
• Able to operate MS Office programs (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Ensure a safe, secure environment following safety standards.
• Foster teamwork through cooperative interactions with staff.
