Job summary

Ovation is seeking a Medication Tech to administer medications and provide direct care to residents at Ovation Sienna Hills in Washington, UT. The role requires accuracy, timely administration, and diligent documentation in the resident’s EMR.

Shifts include Day, Evening and Nights. The candidate should have caregiver experience in memory care or assisted living and be able to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and a Food Handler’s Card.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Caregiver in Memory Care Unit or Assisted Living Facility.
• CPR/First Aid Certification obtainable during employment.
• Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Card.

Responsibilities

• Pass medications according to physician orders and policy.
• Administer medications accurately and timely.
• Record medications in resident records.
• Monitor and report side effects to the Director of Health Services.
• Maintain a clean medication cart and room.
• Follow care plans related to medication administration.
