Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments to residents in accordance with state rules.
• Observes residents taking medications and documents effects in MARs.
• Communicates concerns to Wellness Director or designated staff.
• Supports activities of daily living and preserves resident dignity.
