Job summary

The Pennant Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Medication Aide for our assisted living community in Phoenix. You will administer prescribed medications, observe effects, document in records, and communicate concerns to the Wellness Director or designated staff.

You will also assist residents with daily living activities, support independence, and uphold resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of medication assistance training per state regulations.
• Maintain current medication certification per state regulations.
• Comfortable interacting with residents respectfully.
• Prior direct care experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Meets age requirements per policy.

Responsibilities

• Administers prescribed medications and treatments per state rules.
• Observes effects and documents in medication records.
• Communicates concerns with Wellness Director or designated staff.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Supports resident independence and dignity.
