Qualifications

• Requires to be a Certified Medication Aide in the State of Arizona.
• Previous experience in a Senior Living Community is a plus.
• A High School diploma or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes and records vital signs.
• Measures and records height and weight; calculates and records intake and output.
• Recognizes abnormal changes and reports to supervisor.
• Assists with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing and daily living activities.
• Transfers, positions and turns residents; provides skin care.
• Contributes to assessments and the plan of care; provides rehabilitation/restorative nursing services.
• Cares for residents with dementia and supports resident rights and dignity.
