Job summary

MorningStar of Boulder is seeking a caring Caregiver to provide loving care to our residents in a senior living community. You will build relationships with residents while assisting with activities of daily living and working closely with a supportive team in a family‑like environment.

This full‑time and part‑time role offers a competitive pay rate of $20.50 per hour, benefits, and opportunities for growth, with a culture focused on servant‑leadership and heartfelt care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; read/write English.
• Successful completion of state approved medication administration training and first aid certification.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Good communication and ability to follow written and oral directions.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with established methods and standards.
• Ensure residents privacy, respect and dignity.
• Detect, correct, and report unsafe conditions affecting residents.
• Assure physical comfort, safety, and mental well‑being of residents.
• Assist in daily care tasks (toileting, grooming, bathing, feeding, dressing).
• Attend monthly in-service meetings and trainings.
