Job summary

Bethesda Gardens Carrollton in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan, including outside sales, inside sales, public relations, media and consumer communications.

The role requires driving census, building referral networks with physicians and discharge planners, and leading outreach while coordinating admissions with the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business with Marketing emphasis or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years' experience marketing an assisted living facility or similar.
• Strong sales and marketing planning skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain census budget goals monthly.
• Develop referral networks with physicians, discharge planners, social workers and community organizations.
• Plan and execute territory marketing and community outreach.
• Coordinate admissions with the Community Leadership Team.
• Provide sales tours and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Communicate with residents, families, visitors and employees in a positive manner.
