Qualifications

• Knowledge of building maintenance including minor electrical repair.
• Ability to perform plumbing and routine preventative care.
• Must be available for on-call emergency repairs.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Maintain a working email address and phone number.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the center's physical plant and grounds.
• Perform repairs as directed.
• Collect and dispose of refuse.
• Clean, strip, wax, and buff floors.
• Ensure prompt snow and ice removal.
