Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and housekeeping duties around our community, handling service requests for repairs to grounds, buildings, apartments, and equipment. You’ll address basic plumbing, electrical and refrigeration tasks and respond to emergencies as needed.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of maintenance experience, can be on call, and understand life-safety regulations.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• General understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and code compliance.
• Knowledge of OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside scheduled hours.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Performing maintenance and housekeeping duties in and around the community grounds as assigned.
• Performs routine maintenance duties to complete all service requests for repair and maintenance of all grounds, buildings, apartment homes, equipment and vehicles in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Maintains and refurbishes facilities, equipment and common areas as needed.
