Valley View Retirement Community in Pennsylvania is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across the campus, keeping facilities safe and welcoming for residents and staff, including responding to work orders in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the campus.
• Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner (TELS System).
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled inspections.
• Maintain facility grounds, equipment, and common areas in safe operating condition.
• Coordinate work activities in resident living areas while providing excellent customer service.
• Report safety concerns, accidents, and equipment issues promptly.
• Follow all safety, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
