Job summary

Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is seeking a Maintenance Technician to care for our community buildings, apartments and common spaces. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, and respond to work orders.

The role requires about one year of maintenance experience, ability to use hand and power tools, and a commitment to safety. We offer a benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of maintenance/building experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs in resident apartments and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems and equipment.
• Respond to maintenance requests, work orders, and emergencies with good service.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe, organized condition.
• Support safety procedures and assist during emergencies as needed.
