This full-time role involves performing general maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and safety upkeep to maintain a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1–3 years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and carpentry.
• Repair and maintain resident rooms and common areas.
• Respond to work orders promptly and document safety issues.
