Responsibilities

• Paint and repair surfaces, doors, floors, woodwork, plaster or drywall.
• Landscape and snow removal to maintain appearance and safety.
• Prepare areas for activities by setting up equipment and removing trash.
• Monitor building security and safety, lock doors after hours and check hazards.
• Move heavy furniture and equipment following safety procedures.
• Input work requests and details into electronic systems.
