• Two years’ experience in building trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance tasks with nursing services during routine assignments in resident living areas.
• Assist with repairs, preventative maintenance, refurbishing projects, and moving furniture/equipment.
• Maintain the facility grounds and ensure equipment is properly maintained for resident comfort.
• Support safety inspections, tests, and drills as requested.
• Contribute to innovative ideas to improve systems and processes.
