Provincial Senior Living in Allen, TX is seeking a friendly Maintenance Technician to maintain and clean the community, ensuring safe and welcoming surroundings for residents and Team Members.

Responsibilities include routine repairs across grounds, buildings, equipment and apartments, with opportunities to handle plumbing, electrical, painting, and make-ready tasks. The role requires at least one year of maintenance experience and a willingness to be on call as needed.

Qualifications

• One year of maintenance experience.
• Ability to be on call if needed.
• Understanding of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with OSHA, fire prevention, life and safety regulations.
• Ability to respond to emergency calls outside of scheduled hours.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Performing maintenance and housekeeping duties around the community as assigned.
• Complete routine repairs for grounds, buildings, equipment and vehicles in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
• Includes basic plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, painting and make-ready rooms.
