THE FORUM in Cupertino, California is recruiting a Hospitality Focused Maintenance Tech II to join our team. The Tech II maintains the physical plant, performs preventive maintenance, and handles seasonal repairs under supervision.

This is a full-time position with weekend availability. The role offers an hourly wage of $34.08–$45.44 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, Life/Disability coverage, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school graduate with preferred technical schooling or training.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in complex commercial, industrial, or healthcare settings.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and understand English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency maintenance as assigned.
• Repair building systems including electrical, plumbing, painting, and light carpentry.
• Complete apartment turnovers and inspections, with touchups as needed.
• Assist with HVAC systems, pumps, heaters, and cooling towers.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents: greet by name, prep tools, and maintain a clean workspace.
