Dial is seeking a Maintenance Assistant in Elkhorn, NE to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, keeping the property in good condition and safe for residents. The role requires you to complete service requests promptly and coordinate with on-site staff.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry and related systems.
• Complete service requests safely and promptly according to standards.
• Perform turn-key work to ready vacant units for rent.
• Maintain customer service standards and respond to resident requests.
• Promote safety and comply with policies and regulations.
• Assist with organizing and prioritizing maintenance tasks.
• May drive company vehicle to locations as needed.
• May supervise other staff or contractors as assigned.
• Occasional weekend work for events or emergencies.
