Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Greenwood Meadows in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Maintenance Assistant for the Day Shift to support the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the property safe, functional, and welcoming for residents and staff.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior maintenance experience preferred, and basic knowledge of electrical, heating, and cooling systems. You will work full-time on-site with opportunities for growth within our CARE-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks and endurance.
• Demonstrates CARE values in interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred; knowledge of electrical/heating/cooling helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in maintaining the community’s physical plant and grounds.

• Collaborate with the maintenance team to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
