Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Maintenance Assistant at Greenwood Meadows for the full-time day shift. You will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in keeping the community’s physical plant and grounds safe, attractive and well-maintained for residents, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include supporting ongoing repairs and upkeep, collaborating with team members, and prioritizing tasks to ensure a high standard of care and quality living for our Indiana community.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling helpful.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
