Job summary

Greenwood Village South in Greenwood, IN is seeking a General Maintenance professional. The role offers starting pay at $18/hour plus experience pay, with a 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday shift. You will perform general maintenance duties across a campus of 60 acres, including minor repairs, painting, and preventive maintenance, while living our care-focused culture. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits and opportunities to grow, within Life Care Services managed community.

Qualifications

• High school education; technical schooling preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• One year of maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as fixing wall/floor covers and minor repairs.
• Paint and refurbish projects as directed.
• Provide light plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs as needed.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and winter snow removal.
• Maintain tools and equipment; assist with HVAC and related systems when qualified.
• Attend in-service training as assigned.
