Job summary

Stonebridge at Montgomery, a Springpoint Senior Living Community, seeks a skilled Maintenance Tech for full-time duties in Skillman, NJ. Responsibilities include general maintenance, repairs, and effective use of the work order system. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and can work off-hours for emergencies. The team supports residents and coordinates with vendors to ensure safe, cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with general building maintenance preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair facility equipment and systems.
• Interact with vendors and contractors for services.
• Utilize electronic work order system to track tasks.
• Keep accurate time and scope records for completed work.
• Support residents, staff and visitors in a professional manner.
• Be able to respond to emergencies outside of normal hours.
• Complete and close work orders daily.
• Document completed work on apartment units.
