Qualifications

• Demonstrates CARE values to residents, family, customers and staff (Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence).
• One year of experience in an institutional maintenance department.
• Supervisory or management experience required.
• Knowledge in electrical, heating and cooling systems.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Manage maintenance staff and respond to repair needs in a timely manner.
