Job description

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring that all building systems, grounds, and equipment are maintained in safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing condition. This role may involve managing maintenance staff, coordinating preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and responding promptly to repair needs.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in an institutional maintenance department.

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
