Responsibilities

• Generate responses to resident inquiries and assign work orders; escalate as needed.
• Implement production and quality control standards and follow-up progress reports.
• Direct oversight of sub-departments' production activities, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coordinate daily staffing to complete all work and cover absences.
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs for all facilities and systems.
• Direct renovation projects for resident homes and health center as assigned.
• Instruct team members on equipment usage, policies, and safety procedures.
• Manage and maintain physical resources including equipment and supplies.
