Solera Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support the Maintenance Director in daily operations of the community’s physical plant, grounds, and housekeeping. The role ensures a safe, clean, and tour-ready environment for residents.

You will coordinate services, perform repairs, follow safety guidelines, and assist with resident requests. A high school diploma and basic maintenance knowledge are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in maintenance/building operations preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with residents and staff.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping with other departments.
• Complete tasks timely, prioritizing urgent repairs.
• Maintain compliance with codes, safety regs, and policies.
• Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and secure.
• Demonstrate professionalism and teamwork with residents and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and perform floor and carpet care.
• Assist with repairs in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Support safety: drills, PPE use, SDS docs, hazard labeling.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests and log work.
• Assist in HVAC/elevator/generators upkeep and equipment safety.
• Drive the community van as needed and help with events.
