Job summary

You will troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond to emergencies, often working independently with occasional vendor support. Qualified candidates have prior building maintenance experience, plumbing knowledge, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in building maintenance.
• Plumbing, including but not limited to design/mechanics of plumbing fixtures and related systems.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; must have clean driving record with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventative maintenance and resident assistance; building and grounds upkeep.
• Troubleshoot maintenance problems and complete related tasks as assigned.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies that may arise outside regular hours.
