Responsabilidades

• Supervising and leading maintenance team.
• Preparing painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, sanding, or removing old paint.
• Clean metal surfaces and exterior walls, removing old paint as needed.
• Repairs holes in drywall and measures, cuts, and fits drywall panels.
• Paint, texture, and redecorate walls and woodwork.
• Move furniture and equipment and protect surrounding areas.
