Watercrest Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance/Environmental Services Technician for a full-time position in The Villages, FL. You will oversee upkeep, assist with housekeeping, and support plant operations to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming community for residents and families.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work with diverse teams; a valid driver's license is preferred and essential for site operations.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years in a senior living environment.
• 5 years hands-on building maintenance experience.

Responsabilidades

• Display servant leadership and confident decision making.
• Maintain interior and exterior appearance for residents and visitors.
• Inspect front entrance daily to ensure great first impression.
• Perform general repairs (drywall, painting, doors).
• Conduct routine maintenance on building systems.
• Assist with ordering supplies for maintenance and housekeeping.
